Great groceries! 🛒

We typically order online for curbside pickup. All the employees who come out and deliver to the pickup spots are quick and courteous. However, VONS needs to get it's head in the game. It's completely irresponsible for Vons to require the employees that deliver groceries to cars outside to be completely covered from head to toe in a black uniform. Why? 1. It gets really hot in Southern California during the summers and black absorbs heat. 2. Black uniforms are very hard to see during nighttime pickups. If employees are not accidentally being run over or backed in to already it's probably just a matter of time. 3. VONS colors are RED and white. Bright red would be a great color for your employees to wear. Keep them safe and keep them cool. They deserve it. And, it's good business.

I want to publicly thank the gentleman working behind the deli/hot food counter. I don’t know his name, but he’s got a great smile and is very friendly. His attitude and customer service are excellent and I really just want to express my appreciation. I hope Vons understands what an asset you are to the team!

Clean store with friendly staff. Lines are sometimes long though...

Lady at prepared food station was very rude to Me, treated me like a thief. Said I had to pay first for my food at the other side of the store, as if I was a child. I was busy and had to get the rest of my shopping done. I did not have time for this unprofessionalism. I am a 29 year old man, won’t be coming back soon.

Clean stocked store but prices are ok slightly high i do not shop at vons or ralphs unless im lazy or have too. Walmart and grocery outlet has more affordable food to live off from

This Von’s is our neighborhood store. I’ve been going there for over 3 years since I moved here. I absolutely love the staff so much. The Asst Store Mgr Jill is just the greatest. She and Shyanne, Priti, Isabel, Courtney, and the rest of the team are so incredibly helpful anytime I need something. Truly. I honestly can’t say enough nice things about these ladies. It’s a little more expensive here than at Ralph’s, but I’ll gladly pay extra to have such great service, and their friendly smiles. 🙏👍❤️
