Volcano Express

The food at Volcano Express is delicious and presentation of each dish was amazing ! It was my first time here and it was a lovely way to catchup with friends and little one . We had pumpkin, sweet potato, avocado, onions and aubergine croquette cooked in batter for starters . Followed by a selection of sushi dishes ,gyoza’s and Japanese pork Ramen and more. It was all served by Alex the owner who is so friendly and kindly helped to change a few ingredients for our group . Thank you so much Alex, we had the best time, best food and definitely will go back to dine in order a takeaway 10/10 Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming and friendly for everyone

I ordered the prawn mango salad and salmon avocado maki. I absolutely loved the salad and salmon maki was good too. It was packaged very well in cute containers. Will definitely order again.

Authentic Japanese food, very tasty. Service was lovely. I would eat here again when in Cardiff.

For a smaller restaurant with take out options and minimal tables and chairs the food was beautifully prepared and tasted fantastic also green tea and free samples and reasonable prices for sushi great experience

The teriyaki chicken rice was delicious and the takeaway price I ordered was very affordable.

The roast pork ramen was superb Tea and springroll were offered :) highly recommended. Super kind people! By cash there’s 10% discount

Popped in on a Monday night. Excellent fresh sushi and friendly, warm service. It was pretty quiet but that was to be expected. Will definitely come back again.
