This place has the best Bubble Tea !! The best service & the kindest people. I walked out the store & fell with my tea & they replaced it for free no questions!! No other place has ever done that. Not to mention they are great with kids too!! Hands on the best bubble tea in Staten Island!! The best Service !!

Really good bubble tea and food. The prices are a bit expensive but you get quality drinks. Their popcorn chicken is very good and i love their fruit teas.

This is the best Vivi’s I’ve ever visited, they made delicious popcorn chicken . A clean and comfortable restaurant to dine in, the staff were polite and friendly with good manners. Definitely recommend this restaurant!!!
