Vivi Bubble Tea

Cute boba shop. We ordered a medium strawberry tea with mango pops and a large ViVi bubble milk tea. We were able to adjust the sweet and ice level. I had the bubble milk tea and the boba was the perfect firmness and bite and I could taste the tea was fresh brewed! And customer service was quick and friendly. A good solid place for fresh bubble tea.

The reviews are 100% telling the truth.. This is probably the worst boba shop I have ever been to, and I love boba and like to constantly try out different boba spots, but this place is terrible.... the employees lack customer service skills.... no greeting or smile when you walk in or acknowledgement, they were just on their phones the whole time (in front of everyone btw). I genuinely don't understand how managers can hire staff like this, it's super embarrassing. Not to mention their boba is so bland and not good at all, and their regular cup sizes are super small compared to other boba shops and you're still paying 6-7+ dollars! They don't even wash their hands before preparing your drink after they just got done using their phone! Literally go to any other boba shop in Garland/Dallas County & avoid this one!

Easy to navigate menu, great and fast service, and the boba was alright, some flavors were amazing but some just tasted like water. This place is great for quick to go drinks that taste decently good. I ordered a tiramisu milk tea with boba and it tasted amazing while my sibling had a taro milk tea with boba and it just tasted like water.
