Bad and rude customer service. I asked for less ice on the bubble tea. They made it wrong and didn't bother to say sorry and remake.

Worst service, the lady acted like I didn’t understand English. Bubble teas were toooo sweet (we don’t offer clients to change the amount of sugar said the lady).

Best milk tea (and bubbles) in the area. The popcorn chicken is also great. The service can be a bit slow, but not enough to keep me from revisiting this place, given all the other positives.

There was construction going on inside and it was very loud and annoying. We ordered an Oreo milk bubble tea and got something that tasted like it had a cup of salt in it. It was practically inedible. We went and told them and they did literally nothing. They played songs with lots of curses and that were NOT appropriate for kids. Would not recommend! If you want boba tea, I recommend Thanh son tofu just a minute away or Teadm.

I ordered Flaming Brown Sugar Milk (hot) today and when I picked up, the drink wasnt even in a warm temperature even though I pick it up not long after the time I placed the order. Besides, the products qualities always bad and the wait is extremely long no matter what. Service here is also not good.

We always get their popcorn chicken and it was a hit at the football game party. Drinks are consistent. One of my favorite boba spots
