this place is wonderful authentic mexican food super delicious, their dishes are created with good quality ingredients 100% recommended
Wonderful Mexican restaurant with authentic food and only fresh ingredients. The food here is cooked without flavor enhancers and is mega tasty. The chef knows his trade. The ambience is great and the staff are super friendly. Sadly, we are only passing through New Haven (and as guests in the USA) and won't be back any time soon, so I recommend everyone to give this place a try. It is absolutely worth it.
Mexican food at a good price. Order mix drinks
Me and my girl thought the food was great(especially the chips & guac) but don’t come here if you are on a tight schedule 😂. The food takes a while to come out but It’s worth the wait! The restaurant itself is decorated well but a bit small and the waiters are fine.
Best tacos in New Haven. Great happy hour special
Ordered a house special drink. Though it was comparable to an appropriate spritz, it was sweeter. I spoke with waiter who understood my delimna and delivered a delicious light drink made by a great bartender who knows his craft.
Dinner was delicious too. I ordered tamale. Light and flavorful. The two salsas we dipped our chips in while waiting for dinner paired we'll with our drinks. Staff is the best. Atmosphere is great.
This place is great! My friends and I often go here - the food is a little pricey, but very delicious and worth it! The fajitas are very fajitting the spot! Very popular item in my group - also the tres leches. The service is fantastic, especially with Eduardo, Joseph, and Ariana. They’re very fun to talk to and make great song selections!
We’re gonna keep coming back as we’ve done for the past two years.
Good place to hang out and free game
Hands down the best Quesabirria I've ever had. Everything on the menu is delicious and cooked beautifully. The staff is so attentive and kind. They really make the heart of this place! Will be coming back again and again
I came here with a large group of people and ordered a rice bowl. The wait was expected given how many people we had but the food was decent.
New owners made it upscale from the early days. But very expensive with higher quality food. Drinks small and overpriced. Everything was very good but we spent $100 + tip for two of us.
That was genuinely the warmest welcome I’ve ever received from restaurant staff, plus the food and atmosphere was great
