The staff was amazing since it was my 1st time and i wasnt sure what to get,The recommendation i got from staff was amazing.I enjoyed my bowl so much and would go back in a heart beat.I really felt valued and it was an amazing experience, definitely would recommend 100%. Dietary restrictions: I'm diabetic so the recommendation really helped out.

I placed a large delivery order on vitality’s website and 12 items were missing. Contacted doordash and the store, but no one took responsibilities or even attempt to investigate the issue.

Love the location. The store is so clean.

"Out to lunch for 30 mins" handwritten sign taped to the door during normal business hours. I waited 20 mins and no one showed up. More than 5 customers came and went during that time, one of whom told me this sign is up everytime he comes here.

I absolutely love coming here!! The tall guy who works there always makes my Nutty Bowl so yummy! Great customer service all around! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK YALL

Service was extremely subpar and slow, took 25 minutes for a small bowl of açaí that had ingredients left out. I ordered one with peanut butter and it was pretty obviously forgotten. I was too lazy to point it out then as I had spent enough time. When we placed the order there were no other customers.

This place is going downhill. We just walked in 15 mins ago with no one at the counter. Waited 5 mins and yelled “hello” at the kitchen. The only “customer” in the store finally looked up from eating and said “I am on a break” and then looked down to focus on her food again. She didn’t even acknowledge us until we hollered “hello” to the back. Unbelievable. No wonder there is no customer in there in a hot Saturday afternoon when everyone can use a smoothie. I bet she turned many customers away while she was the only staff there.

Jenna is a phenomenal employee I love coming here just for the fact she is a great conversational person. She accommodates whatever I need in my order and I can tell she really cares. The food is always amazing here as well. Definitely recommend

I have been here 3x and have had a bad experience each time. I will not return. Last time I came they ignored my one request to remove granola and took forever to prepare the order. This time it took 30 minutes for them to prepare our bowls (the place was not crowded). The small bowl is a tiny container as is and they only filled it halfway for $13! Overpriced, slow, the base is tasteless, and the toppings seem to be barebones (one strawberry and some banana slices?)and the same for all the bowls. Bowl of Heaven in Mountain View has much better bowls for the price. Happy Lemon and Humphrey Slocombe nearby are better for dessert.
