If you can afford this, do it! Chef Thomas is wonderful and obviously aims at becoming better for the needs of his clientele. He only asks to let gim know in advance what kind of magic he can do for you.... because yes, he can do vegan magic. Alila Hotel houses the restaurant Violetto: My waiter Colin was considerate, knowledgeable, and a real ambassador to both the hotel and the restaurant. Quaint, classy, crisp, quiet, and artful are the immediate qualities that pop to mind. The food is just amazing. Bravo chef Thomas, bravo 👏
Exception food and service. We were very pleasantly surprised. We had a light dinner and the flavors, textures, mouth feel... All great. It is a new restaurant but it completely delivers. Service is very good, professional and appropriate.
Please note, we intentionally ordered lite, so our photos reflect this fact.
Had a quick brunch here as we were staying at Alila. Service was attentive and the food was delicious. I can’t believe I paid $18 for an avocado toast, but it was the best (and prettiest!) avo toast I’ve ever eaten.
Just had an amazing experience at a new gem in St. Helena called Violetto. This place is definitely a hidden treasure that’s just waiting to be discovered. The food was nothing short of spectacular, with each dish crafted to perfection. The drinks? Absolutely divine.
What really made our visit unforgettable was the exceptional service. MaryLou and her assistant took great care of us, making us feel right at home. They were friendly, attentive, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had the best dining experience possible.
If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and check out Violetto. Delicious food, amazing drinks, and outstanding service—this place has it all!
