Our Mallorca ("my-or-kah") rolls are fluffy and buttery, and gorgeously dusted with a light coating of powdered sugar. This plump, semi-sweet bread is an amazing way to elevate your sandwich, and/or the perfect compliment to a cup of coffee - we fell in love with this staple on our many visits to the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. Adam, being the perfectionist he is, has of course crafted ours to truly represent this beauty with the respect it deserves.

You may think we’re flaky, but it’s really the inside that counts.

Please note - fresh rolls are baked daily, and come out just prior to lunchtime. Anything purchased earlier likely is from the previous day - but we promise they are just as good! All you need to do is rewarm them in the oven for 5 minutes @ 350 degrees (a toaster oven works as well), and that crunch comes right back to life! If you prefer fresh rolls, please plan on picking up after 11:00am, and/or reach out to us beforehand to confirm! Thank you... :)
