This is my place when travelling in YOW. Delicious food and some nice drink options. Spots to enjoy alone or with froends. Staff is always polite and professional. Skip the fast food and sit for a spell at this cozy spot.

Gave me wrong order, pizza was terrible and dough tasted pre made and frozen. Poor poor quality for price especially when you are coming from away

Liam was great when our flight was delayed. Good wine recommendation and the chicken pesto pizza was amazing.

The server was extremely rude to my sister over meal vouchers from her delayed flight. The servers laughed at her and implied she was scamming or had made it up for a free meal, making a bad situation even worse. I understand if you can't accept the vouchers, but the appropriate response would be something like- 'So sorry to hear your flight was delayed! Unfortunately we can't accept your vouchers, but if you ask the gate agent they might know'. I suppose manners need to be included in staff training...

This is definitely one of the best restaurants in an airport! The servers have immediately seated us and asked us if we want a drink, I saw only two servers but they were very polite, maybe ever too polite than I expected. I loved the experience. The food was amazing! I ordered the salad and honestly it was one of the best salads in a vinegar sause what I have ever tried, and the avocado toast was delicious, fresh and creamy, I loved it! Also we ordered two glasses of water which where served with a slice of lemon. Later we ordered a pizza and it was awesome, me and two other family members came so the server politely asked to move two tables together because there were only tables for 2 people. Thank you for your kindness. Vegetarian options: There were vegan and vegetarian options and I guess that helps some people! Kid-friendliness: I couldn't say much because after all it was a bar, but all the food was non-alcoholic, kid-friendly and delicious!

I came in on dec 20th, after being told my flight was delayed almost 8 hours. The girls at vino volo truly made the best out of a terrible experience for me. Their service was so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this restaurant to anybody who is looking for a great restaurant at the Ottawa Airport! They serve the best food and drinks. Just a remarkable experience! They are all very entertaining

This was one of the few places open for our delayed flight. Although the menu wasn’t the best, the staff was very attentive and kind. They were patient with us while we we were being indecisive and had great suggestions.

The food here is great. The service is abysmal. The staff just stands around talking to each other. When they finally come around to take away the dishes after I’m done eating they grab the dishes and leave quickly. Don’t even ask if I want anything else. Then never return. I waited for about 30min before I have to go and actually get them to get me my bill. If I was the owner I would be so embarrassed to have these people representing my business. Absolutely horrible staff.

It is a relaxing spot. There seem to be quite a few staff to serve the few table that are occupied but no one came to serve us for a very long time ( it’s an airport!). I finally waved over someone who said what did I want. Said we wanted to order. I asked if we ordered at the bar. She then served us. Pizza was ok ( not anywhere as good as Farm Boy ) but went cold almost instantly. Very slow to remove dirty items after. Sangria not as good as many places I have been. But it’s calm and a quiet spot in the airport.

I was enjoying a cocktail and a snack when a member of staff, on break came and sat next to my table. She was watching videos on her phone and they were extremely loud. I had planned on staying for a while longer but she completely disrupted everything. It was very unprofessional and they really need to make staff more aware of these things.
