Let me get this off my chest first: they charge you automatically 18% tip without letting you know ahead of time - and the service was not good at all. We were not happy with the poor service, stale food, and gross atmosphere. They sat us down and pretty much forgot about us. The folks who came behind us had better service and were served first. Everyone else had tea served and had utensils. They didn’t serve us tea and they took our drink orders three times. We had to ask for utensils. They gave us three napkins for a party of four, so we had to ask for more. The dim sum food was stale and not fresh at all. Seems like they just reheated everything item. We had to ask for soy sauce and chili oil. The duck noodle was nice though. Tables were not very clean and the bathroom was horrible. The price is way too much for what you get.
服务员态度太差了,我电话反馈说说在韭菜煎饺吃到了一大个塑料袋,问问他们是怎么处理,态度就像是最多给你换一个罗,你还想怎么样。直接挂我电话了,下次不去了!
My fave Dim Sum restaurant in the area! It seems they've gone back to hiring staff to properly handle the capacity of business that comes in here. Our food legit started coming to the table within 5 mins of us putting in our food order! So happy things are running smoothly around here again, we will most definitely go back to adding this to our once a month dem sum routine! oh yeah, let's not forget to mention their ROCKSTAR waitress, Mindy! Thanks Mindy for making our dining experience even between! Basically, THINGS HAVE CHANGED FOR THE BETTER!
We are dine in only 3 people when we get the bill they charge the tip in the bill, we will put the 15 or 18% but we don't like they put themselves, i am not come again
Best dim sum we've had in years. We'll be back on a less busy time than noon on Christmas Day.
Overpriced. Portion is much smaller than before. The steamed chicken was cold when served. Online menu has different (lower) prices comparing to the menu at restaurant. They automatically include 20+ percent of tip in the bill and the tip is on the post-tax total.
My recent takeout order from Vinh Kee unfolded as a disappointing experience, marked by both pricing discrepancies and subpar food quality. I ordered custard buns and small egg drop soup, expecting to pay $8.95, as told by the staff since the buns' price was 5.25 . However, when the bill arrived, it was $15.05. Turns out, the $8.95 was just for the soup in a small size, not the entire order. To make matters worse, the egg drop soup was overly salty, and the cornstarch in the soup wasn't well-blended. This mix-up and unexpected overcharge and quality of the soup left me frustrated, and I won't be coming back.
