Villani's Bakery

This bakery is a hidden jem. I usually get a latte and the gigantic piece of chocolate cake! The cake is rich, decadent, and just melts in my mouth. How do they manage to make it so good? I dont know. The have a great selection of bakery good, I've tried a macaroon or two myself. They have the best lemon tarts in town! The service is great, everyone is super pleasant!

Ever wonder why there is always a “Now Hiring” sign on at Villani’s? It’s no mystery … The owner , Paul Villani, frequently seems to yells at his employees in an abusive and quite demeaning manner‼️He is a bully , and I witnessed it , not for the first time, but for the last time , because , I will NEVER go there again.‼️Last week , I drove up and before I could get inside I saw and heard him verbally and publicly screaming at one of his employees who happens to be one that has always treated me and other customers with respect , kindness, and professionalism‼️ I have witnessed ill treatment before but had thought it was a terrible manager. When I asked for the owners name ( so I could complain), I was shocked to find it it was the owner, Paul Vallini‼️He should be ashamed of his terrible outbursts and disgusting behavior ‼️( and on a lighter note, the baked goods are way over priced and nothing to write home about‼️)

Yummy bakery with everything baked on site. I wanted it all!!!

Decided to stop by and check it out since it was my birthday. It was very busy and it was around 7:30pm on Sunday. This was the best piece of chocolate cake I've had in a long time! I understand why it was so busy now! I will definitely go back to try other items

Don't let the small building fool you. It's a small takeout-style location that makes some of the best sweets in Charlotte! The only place that comes close to the level of Macaroons they serve is all the way in Houston!
