Reputable store with an excellent selection and professional customer service. I purchased 8 bottles of French and Italian wine ranging from 20 - 180 euros in price. Had an issue with one of the wines being spoiled but they handled the situation very well. Told me to bring the wine back and they will check if it’s spoiled and will exchange it if it is. I brought the wine back and they confirmed it was spoiled and offered me a refund or exchange on the spot.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vila Vins, a delightful shop that specializes in selling wine and spirits. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed by the spacious, clean, and contemporary design of the shop. The temperature controlled wine cellar caught my eye and I was amazed by the excellent range of globally sourced spirits, from Scotland to Japan, and beyond. The quality of the products offered by Vila Vins is superb. I purchased two Vermouths from a brand I had not previously encountered and the staff packaged them with care. I was then allowed to browse without feeling pressured, but whenever I had a question, the staff were quick and pleased to assist. Their helpfulness was exemplary and I felt like a valued customer. One aspect that stood out to me was the cost-to-value ratio. Despite the outstanding range of products and excellent quality, the prices were surprisingly reasonable. It was an absolute delight to find a shop that is well-priced and inviting. I visited Vila Vins in March 2023 and I have to say that there were no areas for improvement or negatives that I could identify. In fact, I now have a new favourite shop for an excellent range of gifts for my friends who enjoy a tipple! Overall, I highly recommend Vila Vins for anyone looking for exceptional wine and spirits at reasonable prices, with exemplary customer service from friendly and knowledgeable staff.
