You're greeted with warmth and hospitality from the moment you walk in. The café is impeccably organized, and the staff are amiable and accommodating. The coffee selection is impressive, catering to every taste, and each cup is brewed to perfection. As for the baked goods, they're divine! Freshly baked and flavorful, they pair perfectly with a steaming cup of coffee. My friends and I frequent this café often, enjoying the delicious treats and cozy ambiance. Question: Why are ALL THE EMPLOYEES at this place rude? Tarzana, Sherman Oaks, Encino, and West Hills. Alwaya have an attitude not invitung to do business.

They have great pastries. The service was great!

While the food at this bakery in Gelson's Market is always delic, the service is too often rotton! Even though I've complained, they have not taken steps to improve. The girls who work the counter are always soured. Never a smile, never a hello, never a thank you. Also, they have many times screwed up on the items and made it very difficult if not. impossible to correct their errors. And managers are the same. Not customer service minded. The only time I ever go there is if I'm shopping in the store. I'd never go out of my way to shop there.

Long term staff are lovely and the food is always fresh.
