Staff are a delight, welcoming and thoughtful (allergy sufferers can feel at ease). Food is the closest we’ve found to those punchy fresh flavours you get on the streets of Hanoi. Bargain prices too!

Excellent hot food and Bubble tea. Centrally located next to the market. I enjoyed the soup, filo prawns and a bubble tea. Pho is on my list for next visit. Would be returning back soon.

Food is always freshly made, their wings are nice and crispy and the staffs are so well mannered as they give you positive vibes would definitely recommend Phong

I think the service was lovely as the girl was friendly. The food was good portion and was delicious until I found a tiny portion of mince pork in my vegan dish! I was disappointed and felt cheated. I won't go back again. Such a shame, I liked it until then.

Amazing first try last week and can't stop thinking about it, can't wait to go back. Phenomenal food, brilliant service, great environment! Vegetarian options: Tonnes for the vegetarian in my group to choose from who agrees the food was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommends the tofu and fried rice! Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming and plenty for the fussy young children with me to choose from.
