McDonald’s

This McDonald's needs to just close down. Or hire all new staff I told the guy at the window the woman that took my order had no customer service it resulted in 3 combo orders being put into 1 single bag & my children's happy meals dumped in the box and left wide open, no attempt to even close it . We also waited 25 mins at the speaker to order screaming hello & having outrageous homeless people staring at us. This McDonald's either needs new staff or just close down. There is burger king across the street I think the vp & danforth area will survive with out

I wanted to send a special thank you to the manager for looking after me on this afternoon, of March 13, 2024. My son and I had lunch today and each of our fries were oversalted. The manager was very graceful and gave us two new fries, that were perfectly salted. Thank you so much for the wonderful service. My son and I will be back soon.

Staff don't know how to wrap food properly.

Walked in and had no one greet me while they looked at me serving drive thru. Including the manager. I worked McDonald's 2007 and that's poor customer service. I ended up using kiosk while a man stood waiting and they didn't even let him know they'd be right with him momentarily.
