Pat grew up working and cooking in an Italian restaurant in Camarillo, CA from a very early age. In October 2021, Pat traveled to Naples, Italy to train under Enzo Coccia who is the world renowned leading expert on Neapolitan style pizza. Enzo can be found on CNN with Stanley Tucci and wrote the globally recognized standards for authentic Neapolitan pizza. Pat worked closely with Enzo and his son Andrea at his two Michelin star restaurants in Naples, Italy. After hundreds of hours of training, Pat successfully completed the highest level of training to become a pizzaiolo. Via Caravaggio 147 provides authentic Neapolitan style pizzas, paired with an impressive wine and beer list, to the Paso Robles community.
