This broad base of inspiration gives way to a diverse menu featuring the classic seafood traditions of New England, the fresh rusticity of Pacific Northwest fare, the comfort of the American South’s Lowcountry, the customs and inventiveness of Japanese sushi, and the heritage of the many fishing villages of Italy, France, and Spain. To complement our focus on high-quality wild seafood, we use natural wood fire grilling for our limited, high-quality selection of meats.
