We are an all vegan food cart with healthy but yummy food choices. We run an organic farm in north Eugene so our food is fresh and certified organic. Everything we sell (except for the Impossible Burger) is homemade by us: all the dressings, sauces, cheeses, marinade, almond milk etc.... What we don't grow ourselves, we source from other local organic farms. Support your local farms and try our food cart! Delivery options available from Uber Eats, Grub Hub or Door Dash.
