Mexico City meets Japan After World War II, a large number of Japanese immigrants arrived in Mexico City, laying the foundations of what is now known as Mexico City’s little Tokyo. Embracing the progression from colonial outpost to modern metropolis, we incorporate familiar elements of the diverse cultural and culinary heritage to create a list of avant-garde cocktails featuring classics reinterpreted with Mexican-Japanese inflection.
