Carlos was great as always. This is the first time we used the app to order and eat in and it was so smooth. Usually we stand in line which is easy as well with wonderful customer service always.

The food here is healthy, delicious, and never disappoints. The braised beef is my favorite, and the steak dish my husband prefers is always cooked to perfection. Great service too - thank you Carlos for your kindness, friendliness, and efficiency!

Love eating at Urban Plates, all the offerings are delicious and fresh, and with Plate Pass, it's reasonably priced! Carlos is always great with service at the tables too!
