Urban Jungle

One of our favourite independent garden centres. So many amazing plants, the layout is inspiring. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. A big shout out to Rosie who helped us find the perfect plants for our borders. It a lovely place to wander around, watch the carp in the pond amongst the fabulous houseplants. Also love the coffee shop which serves great sausage rolls and cake.

Large selection of rare plants you would not otherwise find in your standard nursery. Decent prices for the calibre of plants as well. Lauren served me and was friendly and chatty. Was also answering all the questions the people in front of me had. Love the new layout since I last went!

Served by Chez, who was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful and had a good knowledge of plants. The atmosphere at the urban jungle is quirky but high quality and they have an great selection

My visit at the weekend was to purchase 2 more Musa Basjoo plants- gutted when the wind broke my previous one. Served by Rosie who was helpful and friendly sorting some root barrier for my bamboo. The other young lady (sorry I don’t know your name) was great to talk to about the large banana plants they have in the ground at the Norwich site- much appreciated.

One of my favourite independent garden centres. Comprehensive labelling of plants and first rate care advice. Delightful leafy cafe set deep amongst the plants - inside or out.

Lovely atmosphere and the coffees are amazing.

I really love it here and it's dog friendly! I met some friends here who had never been and loved it. Such a huge selection of quirky indoor and outdoor plants, shrubs and trees. Not cheap mind so be prepared to pay a little extra for the unique experience. Cafe serving snacks and cakes and pastries. Again, not cheap! But gorgeous inside area with a pond and absolutely gigantic koi carp. Dogs are allowed inside as well as the outside seating, covered areas.

Excellent cafe and garden centre. Excellent range of plants and all very reasonably priced. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the lack of baby changing facilities. They have normal toilets which are fine and very clean but ideally need an extra area for baby changing. They have high chairs in the cafe so baby friendly otherwise!
