I ordered through Uber eats a breakfast combo with de caff coffee. My coffee tasted like it had soap or cleaner of some sort in it, so gross

The SOS is deplorable in-store. Your staff are clearing the orders off the screen, in excess of 10 minutes prior to serving the food. I waited at the cash for approximately 10 minutes, made eye contact with multiple staff, and still had to get someone's attention and ask if anyone was ever going to come to cash. Not to mention a staff member was in line behind me, wasting his break, also waiting for service. Someone in front of me had waited over 20 minutes for food, after ordering. I encouraged her to ask, and sure enough the order had been lost during the clearing of orders that hadn't actually been served. Head office, you need to get on this location!
