Way too crowded ... Didn't think that was possible but every seat was taken for hours!

Leider ist die Lounge überlaufen aufgrund der Lufthansa Streik ist aber jedes Mal in New York ist immer den gleichen Lounge perfekt zu besuchen nur zu empfehlen, wenn man reinkommt, wenn nicht von außen auch gut

They aren't currently accepting one time passes... So what exactly did I pay for?

For a hub, this lounge is meh. I’d never pay to get in but will do for a free entrance. Lighting is harsh, doesn’t feel luxurious and the food is not good. I’ve been to much better lounges.

Quiet, clean and well-staffed at 7am. Plenty of space for your comfort. Excellent eggs & taters, coffee and fine restrooms.

Food just wasn't that great, but it's a big lounge. There are plenty of seats. It's better than the alternative.

No staff to seat you at the dining room

was temporarily disabled during my trip, but wanted access to the club. The receptionist told me that I had the wrong kind of pass, so I needed to go to a club cross other side of the airport. As I hobble away, Teresa Braxton, who works there decided to step in and assist. Through her professional attitude and ability to go the extra mile she was able to let us into the closer club to our gate. She was absolutely exceptional and we had a terrific experience and no small part due to her excellence. she is a true valuable asset to the club. she is one of the reasons we are planning to upgrade our membership.
