Union Special is a full service bakery and cafe in the Gateway Plaza in Raleigh, NC. A full pastry case offers handmade pastry, bread, and cookies in a family-friendly environment while the kitchen provides breakfast, lunch, and brunch to guests. Table seating is communal and everyone is welcome! All flours used are milled locally at Lindley Mills in Graham, NC and local produce and protein are used whenever possible.
