Ungrafted

Ungrafted is a chef-driven, neighborhood restaurant. Chef David Aviles draws inspiration from distinct taste memories and playfully balances flavors to share his own interpretations of these experiences with our guests. The wine program, complementing Chef David’s hunt for flavors, showcases balanced wines with strong personalities. Rebecca Fineman, MS, meticulously assembled the collection to satisfy all of our guests, from the newly-curious to aficionados.
