95 db!!! Phone sound warning came on the music was so loud. I asked the manager if she could turn it down a bit and she said corporate would not let them. She said corporate wanted them to play it loud and it was already down a notch lower than it should be. The waiter even said it was loud without my saying anything. Too bad it took away from the dinner that would have otherwise good.

Amazing food and our server Jazz was top notch! She went above and beyond and made our night fun and memorable. Will definitely come back for the food but more importantly bc the service was amazing!

We came for a 40th bday party. Jaz was our server and she made the night!!!! This place is made for parties. We got the chocolate piñata and that's an experience in itself. Thanks Jaz for making it a great bday party!!!!

I always forget to take pictures of the food, but trust me when you see it you cannot wait either! It was my second time there and I was so impressed with the first experience I wanted to share the this place with my Mom. The host Cheryl Lynn was a delight. She entertained my small talk and promptly seated us. John, our waiter was THE ABSOLUTE BEST. He offered suggestions and guided us to EXACTLY what we wanted. I have to start off by saying I LOVE MY MOM even though she is the most indecisive customer! It took her quite a long time to select, however, John was supportive during the entire process. He offered his best suggestions, allowed her time to process them, and repeatedly returned to check-in for her final choice. It really was a long time or maybe I was hungry (Only John knows). Regardless, he displayed a massive amount of courtesy, patience, and RESPECT towards my Mom. Thank you John, I am very grateful for that. Lastly, Gil the manager introduced himself, asked how the food and the experience was. He really made an effort to establish that person to person connection. I should talk about the food before hitting the max. The food and ambiance was SUBERB and reasonably priced (especially during these inflated times). I promise you, you will leave Uncle Julio's feeling GOOD and SATISFIED! Woodfield Mall is truly LUCKY to have this restaurant.

Food was COLD manager offered to remake it but i had no time after waiting so long already, so she took $20 off of my $100+ bill.... don't know how that makes sense, but ok. Fajitas come on a sizzling plate not a cold one for future.

Amazing food made in house, spectacular service (thank you Jaz!), all while in a great environment!! Dietary restrictions: Perfect for those with tree nut allergies! Very aware of allergens.

JASMINE our waitress is amazing. She has great customer service. From knowledge of the menu and drink menu to her Attentiveness. She makes not just your dinner experience enjoyable but the entire visit pleasant. We will most definitely be back, hoping we get her again.
