Uncle Fred’s BBQ is a mobile pop up food operation and catering company that was created in 2002 with the goal of providing some of the most authentic brisket, pulled pork, and award winning ribs in the area. We take a lot of pride in our food and BBQ is our life. Oh, and by the way we have some pretty tasty chicken, grilled wings, beef ribs and our mouth watering homemade sides like collard greens, mac & cheese, yellow rice, coleslaw, potato salad, veggie bake beans.
