Uncle Cheef is a live music venue, full service bar featuring craft cocktails/large wine list and American "tapas style" restaurant based in Brewster NY. Owned by husband and wife team, Ian Hendrickson-Smith (music booker) is the saxophone player with the Roots on the Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon and Jenny Larisey is a 13 year veteran of managing and running jazz clubs throughout North America.
