Umami Burger

The quality of the food has been rather subpar the last two visits. Figured it may have been a fluke but twice was enough for me to throw in the towel. The server was friendly but granted we we're the only couple at the entire restaurant that we may have only seen her once after dropping off the food. The location maybe whats hindering it because of the attachment to the improv . As I said earlier I may not be returning.

The service was exceptional, the food was delicious as always. very good, I recommend it and the system they use to place the order via QR code is very easy and pay by phone is very good

My visit to Umami Burger was less than satisfactory, earning it a two-star rating. The service was abysmal; there was no one available to address concerns or take orders promptly. The food, while acceptable, didn't stand out, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. It's unfortunate to say, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this establishment. Not surprising that Umami Burger locations are closing. The menu would randomly change and quality of the food was so hit or miss, mostly miss.

Only two servers working the floor. Primary focus was to take orders and serve. No time to engage with patrons. Great food but more staff would help with creating a lasting impression to revisit.

I was surprised. The quality of the food it was so delicious makes me crave it just thinking about it. The drinks were also spot on. I highly recommend this place if you're in the area, especially if you're about to cache a comedy show. Our waitress was amazing. She was helpful, attentive, and most importantly nice.

Service is good but food is beyond horrible. Umami totally changed and what is being served is not even close to what it used to be. Avoid.
