Ubuntu is a plant-based West African restaurant helmed by Executive Chef Shenarri “Greens” Freeman, a James Beard Award semifinalist. Serving a modern vegan menu inspired by Chef Shenarri’s travels and a desire to explore her roots, Ubuntu transports guests to the African continent with plant-based twists on traditional classics.
