Twisty Tails - Pet themed Restaurant

It's good in terms of visiting the pets. The dogs are lovely, but the cats are too lazy to engage with the visitors. As for the restaurant, the food was good, but cleanliness was a big issue, with cockroaches roaming on the table.

Rating 4 ⭐ only because of Pets other than that I would like to rate the restaurant 2 ⭐. Ambience was good but unhygienic cockroaches were playing on the table and even on my Plate 🤮 . Talking about the food I have ordered pesto garlic bread which tasted like normal garlic bread no taste or sign of pesto, and spaghetti with cheese and Corn tasted sweet 😼 . Food was like ok ok types. Service was slow as there was only one waiter to take order. Well the best part was, my experience with Dogs and cats they were so friendly and adorable ❤🐶🐱 NOTE: If you are visiting Pets paying an amount then keep your token safe because you can avail that amount while dine-in in the restaurant, you need to show that token and the token amount will be adjusted with the restaurant bill.

I was ecstatic to visit this place as a dog lover, but I felt very sad after seeing these adorable creatures were tired of entertaining people.

Animal abuse -in the name of business For the sake of taking pictures, we can go, but please remember, as an animal lover, I seriously hate this place like a hellllll. The poor animals are suffering terribly. When I entered, all the dogs were sleeping, only to be disturbed by us humans who want to play with them. The room is too small for so many dogs, and they all seem to have problems like rashes. I'm not even sure if they're taken for walks beyond these four walls. Additionally, visitors are allowed to feed them food sold outside for 50 rupees, and room spray is being used every 15 minutes. I can't fathom how these poor dogs endure such conditions. There isn't much for them to play with, and the room is filled with the stench of urine and feces. I observed several children handling the dog improperly, dropping it on the floor, dragging its tail or legs, and pulling its fur. Unfortunately, the parents or caretakers present showed no concern to correct or educate the children on the proper way to interact with animals. All the dogs appear to be dizzy, sad, and diseased.Please take action and free them 🥹😭 Food :I ordered a cheesy pizza, but it was purely disgusting; it felt nothing like having pizza. The pizza base was like a salty biscuit crust, topped with just cheese and nothing else. Plus, the price was too high Please stop this nonsense business

Nice place for animal lovers. Had a wonderful time with family. Food is good in taste n portion.
