I am a self made Chef with college level culinary experience, however you gotta be in a ccoking environment to know how things are done. I'm always exceling and I push myslef to have satisfactory service to all my cucustomers. If you have a event you want Twist Skillit to participate in please know that Monday-Thursday has a truck fee of 250.00 Fri-Sun. Is 350.00 for any event. The fee can be waived or reduced if there is a guaranteed minimum that can be agreed and assured. For catering please know that there is a truck fee to come do a catering!
