Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt

Literally the employees have no home training, nor should they work around children. Everytime my children got up to kindly through away their cups, the employees acted as if they were going to steal the yogurt. Pathetic excuse for three employees. The older wider lady was the worst of them all. We had a bad experience the first time but thought maybe they were having a bad day, NO it’s the lack thereof of training on these employees. No one wants to enjoy what should be a fun experience your children with natzi hawks with bad manors as employees. Never again!

A great place with good ice cream.

My brother had a disappointing experience at this Tutti Frutti location. The employee's behavior was quite unpleasant. Instead of addressing my brother, the adult, about the payment process, she chose to rudely correct his 4-year-old child (who has autism) for innocently trying to enjoy some of his yogurt. It’s essential to remember that young children in general may not always understand these nuances, and a more tactful approach would have been appreciated. Then his 9 year-old daughter, who is perfectly capable of adding her toppings, unnecessarily was corrected as well. They have been to this location several times and have never experienced this. As the adult responsible for the visit, It would have been preferred the employee to address any concerns or guidelines with him directly, rather than directing her comments towards the children.

walked in at 8:50 and worker was mopping the floor already, no wet floor sign out. me and my friends come here regularly so i immediately went to grab cake batter as it’s my normal flavor and original flavor they ALWAYS have keep that in mind .. and it came out white and tasted off, i proceeded to ask my friend if she thought so too and she agreed. i mentioned it to the worker and said i was going to get a different flavor and she proceeded to say “no. you have to pay for that, it’s wasting yogurt” i explained that the flavor looked and tasted off and would not be eating it. she then said “then you should have asked for a sample” there is no need for me to SAMPLE a flavor that i get regularly as sampling is used to try flavors. she proceeded to hover us and asked me w an attitude “do you want to try anything else?” this place is going downhill, the machines look terrible and half don’t work and the flavors are starting to suck. hiring kids with no personnel skills is just the icing on top :)

wouldn’t give me and my wife a sample mutiple sample cups mind you we’ve never been here but we won’t be coming again

The lady that helped us was so sweet! She also kept the place very clean. Great experience here.
