Turtle Jack's Upper Centennial

Check #1148493-1. My wife and I went to Upper Centennial Turtle Jack's on Feb. 19th, 2024 and sat in the bar area. First, it was very cold in the restaurant. Not the first time it was uncomfortably cold here. Not sure why they refuse to make it comfortable in this restaurant. We ordered a few burgers and fries with draught beer. My wife ate a few bites of her burger, and blood ran out. It was raw inside. Sent it back, and took over 20 mins to get another burger. I was already finished, so we got it to go. It was Monday, so it wasn't busy at all. Surprisingly it was still on the bill, with no offer for a discount or anything else. The server didn't seem to be concerned that this happened. The manager/supervisor did not come to our table for this issue, but he did interrupt us earlier, when he brought someone else's food to our table by mistake. My wife missed work the next day because she felt sick to her stomach. This is unacceptable and we will never return to any Turtle Jack's. Service seems to be a serious problem at the few locations we have gone to in the area. Looks like another franchise that only wants your money and cares little about quality of service and food

Came in for an early dinner at 430pm. Ordered the chicken parm and when it came out the chicken both smelt and tasted like fish and no one at our table ordered anything with fish. Service was so slow too forever to get seen once seated. Never got offered refills of drinks. Will never go back. Only saving grace is they took the meal off the bill.

We hadn't been to this location in about a year.. and your superstar girl Ali at the bar REMEMBERED US!!! That is amazing customer service and will keep us coming back

Terrible experience tonight. Why you ask...ordered blue moon drafts because they were out if corona, sol beer. Blue Moon was served with no orange slices because they didn't have any. The beer glasses smelled like wet dog. We ordered kids beef tacos and they had no beef and replaced with chicken. The 8oz steak was chewy and tasteless. Ordered $30.00 fajitas and the dish was salty and chicken taste like rubber and the rice was tasteless. We told the server and she tried it and felt it was salty. She said some people like it salty. My burger was charred and tough. The experience was terrible and we will not be back. Just a matter of time this place closes down.

Great food . Little pricey for kids meals. Great as a once and a while treat Kid-friendliness: Besides the costs the kids meal crayons and pre meal veggies are great

Tried to pay with a gift card and the restaurant was unable to take it. Not because it had no money on it, but because they did not know how. Our waitress tried for 20 minutes to figure it out. She finally tried to conference with her manager who would not even acknowledge her or help her. She approached him again and he finally tried, but would not come over to the table to explain the situation or help us rectify the problem. We sat there for 45 minutes in a snow storm only to be told they could do nothing. They didn't offer us a coupon, a discount on our meal or anything. The only reason we went to Turtle Jacks was because of our $100 gift card that covered our entire meal. Instead after waiting all of that time we paid and left. If companies have gift cards that are a credit to your restaurant.. there is no excuse why you do not have the software or systems to accept the cards. This manager also could have done something for us or at least spoken to us and helped out the waitress right away instead of half an hour later. Won't be going back.

Bartenders are always wonderful at this location always willing to help and put an extra handout

Neat place good service

If i could give 0 stars i would. Experience started out typical, table was clean, the food was okay, definitely not worth the price. However, I was completely disgusted upon leaving finding a live COCKROACH right infront of our table. Looked on recent reviews low and behold another person posted pictures two weeks prior. Absolutely disgusting, will not be returning. Only saving grace was that our waitress was friendly.
