At Tsujita LA Artisan Noodle Annex, we are known for our take on the "Jiro Ramen" Jiro Style Ramen, is the Tonkotsu Soup (pork-based), thick noodles, pork back fat, a mountain of garlic, and an even bigger mountain of bean sprouts to top it off. The combination of pork broth and the thick noodles is like none other, and we are sure that you will enjoy the richness that makes our ramen even more flavorful and savory. Due to its richness, the broth is served in a smaller bowl than the bowl used for the noodles. We also serve vegan ramen! Try our Tsukemen, buns, annex-style dry style, and more!
