I was there during the very busy KC chiefs playoff game!!! The service and food were on point!!!
Went there New Years Eve. Place was packed and badly understaffed. Waited a whole hour for our food, but it was very good when it finally came. We'll try again.
Plenty of seating, ample screens for watching the football games (more than one simultaneously), very efficient servers despite the large amount of patrons, tasty food , reasonable prices, easy pay at the table,... Restroom could use some remodeling and improvement.
Food was very tasty and served fresh: cooked food was nice and warm, cole slaw was cold. Drinks were refilled regularly. Service was efficient and friendly, even after I had to wait 45 minutes for my friend to arrive and trade from a table with bar stools to a table with chairs to accommodate her. Our server was very patient with our "delayed" ordering; showed no indication of trying to move us along. Good atmosphere, clean, appropriate lighting. Only element just a little bit uncomfortable to me was the temperature. I was just slightly cool a few times; maybe because of windows on the north side, or customers opening door on north side, ...? Just a minor issue; not a big deal. Parking: Dozens of spots available because of neighboring businesses being closed on Sunday. Well lit parking lot. Clean and safe. Kid-friendliness: Very few kids today; saw a few with a grandparent in the restroom after being there ~3 hours. Almost all adults for football game and New Years Eve. Wheelchair accessibility: There was a patrol in a wheelchair when I arrived and I believed he maneuvered the front door by himself when ready to leave. Parking lot has slope areas for wheelchair accessibility, and dining area has ample sized tables for accommodating wheelchairs.
I just love this place!!!!
