Visited one afternoon, quite good.
Pros -Burger was great -Beer options are delicious -Pizza was good -Our server annie was amazing she made it such a fun evening and supported us so much. Cons -Chicken nachos are dry -they don’t know how to make margaritas unfortunately
New place (eatery) from knee deep brewing. They have some pretty good food and beer is always good. They got monkey knife fight pale ale and it's really good.
Swung by here for a beer, and the selection was very large. Knee Deep makes solid beer so there were great options in every style. Our bartender was very friendly and the per pint cost was super fair. I'm heading back for food next time I am in town.
Sat at the bar for 15 minutes, was told "we'll be right with you" twice by the bartender only to watch people who came in after us get served before us. We left without being served.
Navarre was amazing. Turmed us on to the pretzels. Sooooo good. I love this place!!!
This is a courtesy red alert to the owner of Hoptology beer lab and kitchen. I hate to see new businesses fail, but yours is on a crash course with flames rising high. The staff is obviously undertrained, under supported, and under managed. Your business plan with this venture is not working. You need to pull the rip cord immediately and reset your direction. From service, food, quality, efficiency… to handling NFL playoff games with the sound, cutting in and out with blank stairs from the staff, as if they just don’t know what to do. Sadly my group as well as others left in frustration and disappointment yesterday from these reasons as well as others. I have not listed because I just don’t have the time. we will not be returning until these problems have been addressed and solved. One more thing, I don’t think it’s appropriate and actually it’s misleading to use tropics profile and reviews as your own. It would be more honest to start a profile from scratch. that is all.
We just happened to be walking by on our way to watch the Super Bowl downtown. We required nachos and something to quench our thirst. Hoptology had both. We enjoyed the braised pork nachos and had a most delicious ale from a local brewery. The staff was accommodating and went out of their way to please. We will return here to sample their delectable menu and slake our thirst with beer. There is seating outside.
Great spot in Sacramento if you want a huge selection of Knee Deep Brewing beer.
