Tropicale is a small business which has specialized in Caribbean bar concepts since 2015 in Portland, Oregon. Tropicale develops and creates unique fusion experiences in the food, drink, and entertainment industry through delicious and remarkable cocktails and small bites. We combine traditional Latin recipes with contemporary creativity to deliver a unique cross-cultural experience. Our premium drink, a Piña Colada, is handcrafted from vegan + organic ingredients, and served sustainably inside the fresh pineapple shell.
