I asked for the name of the guy who took my order because her was super friendly and told me a bunch of his favorites 10/10 experience his name was James awesome guy

If you even try to get a specialty order they will mess it up as much as possible. But if you just get a classic smoothie it's not that bad. Much worse than every other location tho.

I used to come here a decent amount. But service and quality has gone down to the point where I can't anymore. Every time I get a smoothie now I can't drink it. It's never blended enough for the ice to get through the straw. Legit gotta wait for the ice to melt in order to drink it.

Great and polite staff! They are my preferred 28th Street Tropical Smoothie. Much better than the other store on 28th Street by Woodland Mall!

I ordered the chicken pesto for pickup and instead of pesto in the soft bread there was pesto all over the inside of the bag. I ordered a snickerdoodle cookie and got a side of sweet potatoes instead I get it if they're out of it but that doesn't excuse the pesto bag. I checked and there doesn't look like there's any in the soft bread wrap.

Make sure you tell them you want the smoothie deal in the morning. Every single morning I stop here they tell me it’s regular priced and I have to remind them they’re on sale (I guess they have to hit a button). Seems wild to me they’re not trained better. Also can no one find people with respect? One of the employees was CLEARLY mocking me to their coworker when they thought I wasn’t looking, after I asked why they don’t automatically apply the discount.

They mess up my order and don’t prepare it on time

Quality of the food has dropped severely. Wraps aren’t cut remotely correctly, wraps are also much smaller as well as the price going up. Smoothies aren’t the best either as they come out watery on a couple occasions. Qdoba might be a better place to go eat at.

I took my wife to the wyoming mi location it took 5 minutes just for someone to take our order for ONE smoothie. Eventually when we got to the window waited another 20 without even being acknowledged by a worker. We eventually just drove off. They were not understaffed saw several employees walking around inside the store. Long wait would be understandable if they didn’t have staff but that wasn’t the case.

Sweet potato taste like plastic and my quesadilla was not cooked just sloppy. Avocacolda was good. Disappointed this was dinner

My husband went there to get the lime watermelon smoothie for our child by the time we got it, it was melted!!! AND we waited 15 minutes!!

We love the smoothies at Tropical Smoothies. The inside is not bad but it’s not a 5. This does not stop us from visiting them at least once a week. 😊

Friendly staff and frequent this location a lot, as well as other locations.
