Tropical Smoothie Cafe VA 98

I ordered online and stopped by this location to pick up my order, but I was disappointed with the portion sizes they were quite stingy. Additionally, the ingredients in my smoothie weren't blended well. Overall, I would recommend trying a different location if you enjoy the classic Tropical Smoothie Cafe experience.

Employees do not listen nor do they care about quality.

My second go to location for smoothies when I am in Reston. Located in a Plaza I order ahead and my smoothie is always ready when I arrive. Nice hat bathrooms are back open. Seats outside when its not too hot.

This is the worst tropical smoothie experience ever from the horrible customer service to the food. How can you mess up something so simple. More lettuce than anything thing else smh.

Somewhere you go because it’s convenient, not because it’s good. $10 for this measly açaí bowl.

Smoothie was good, but the service was very good. Indian guy, I think his name is vanshi was very professional and friendly. I would love to come back to this place.

Was pretty shocked to find the smoothie and smoothie bowl unrefrigerated when I arrived and it was at room temp. Asked if it was out the whole time and the cashier annoying looked up from their phone and said yes. Due to traffic I arrived 20 mins later than the order and was surprised it wasn’t refrigerated since every other location does that. I like the chain but will stick to the Centreville location from now on because I prefer to eat food that won’t make me sick.

Tried to place an order through the app, the gentleman working said the delivery driver was having issues. I explained that my order was placed almost 2 hours prior and he agreed to make me a new order no charge. Very helpful on the phone and in person!

Acai bowl was very delious & detox ireland green was marvelous.. indian guy was very friendly & respectful .. service was very quick

The man who served me was terrible.i will not return to this place again.it used to be my favorite smoothie place.

The people at check out would barely utter 2 words. No hello, or thank you. Super rude

The service here was horrible! The guy was arguing with us about giving us a spoon after we bought smoothies with them. I went there with my family to buy smoothies and we also bought something from crumble next door. We needed spoons to eat it and asked the Indian guy at the counter but he wouldn’t give us a spoon even though they gave 2 spoons to the ppl in front of us without hassle. They just lost a customer over a plastic spoon. He then began to continue to argue with us so we asked him for the managers contact info and refused to give it to me. This was one of the worst customer service I had received at an establishment. I do not recommend going there. I think the guys name was Harry. Please avoid this gentleman! In response to Sam’s review. We never cussed at them and my wife never threatened them. We simply asked for a spoon after they gave it to someone else before us. Sam was never there from the get go of the conversation and at the fact that the guy behind the counter cussed out my wife to be exact.

Cashier didn’t really speak English so unfortunately it was tough to communicate as we were charge for the sides we got that were supposed to be included with our meal order.

I had a large catering order for my company recently. The order was delivered, my employees raved that the food was very good! There was initially a mixup on the order that we caught early and the team at Tropical Smoothie went above and beyond to make it right and deliver stellar service to their customers. I would be happy to trust them to handle my next catering order for my company again!
