I ordered online green dream yoghurt at olive branch tropical smoothies when I went to pickup the store was closed .

Nice Cozy smoothie experience. Service was great.

I wonder if they are actually putting what you order in those smoothies. I ordered a smoothie bowl for the first time and they missed everything. The next time I ordered a smoothie and it was poor quality and watered down. I am highly disappointed.

Ordered a chicken ceaser wrap, got home it was a buffalo. Oh well guess I’ll try McDonald’s.

I placed an order online for pickup during business hours. When I get here the store isn’t open. The order was place and money has paid. Please don’t allow your customers to place orders if you’re going to be close at 5:30.

This is ridiculous. This is the second time this has happened. I like tropical smoothie but they need to do better.

I’m so upset!! I drove 30 minutes to this place and paid for my order online “TOOK MY MONEY” and to get there at 6:40pm this place was closed!!! This is totally unacceptable!! I will be there when they open in the morning to speak with a manager and to get a refund!! Do better people!!!! The closing time is 8pm by the way!!! If you going to close early the online website should not allow you to purchase your food and take your money!!
