Drive thru experience involves you needing to press buttons on a gross credit card machine that the employee is physically holding onto with a stick and it's default set to give a tip. You need to press down like 3 times and then the enter button so you decline a tip for your overpriced smoothie. This experience is no good.

Came in today and one of the workers was on her phone the whole time. Not sure what her name is but she had brown hair. Put your phone away, you’re at work. I like the smoothies but the atmosphere is meh, especially when workers are texting the whole time.
They didn't make my shake with what I asked them to put in it, Lazy.
I had gone to tropical yesterday (Feb 7th 2024)after a long day, all I ordered was a kiwi quencher for dinner. And I had gone drive thru which was fine but the first employee that took my order was nice at first and she was the one that told me “I will be bringing your smoothie soon” and then when they gave me my smoothie it was a second employee mind you the smoothie is $7 almost $8 and it’s a big size smoothie and when they gave it to me there was a big chunk of product missing when normally they fill it up all the way. I kindly returned my smoothie and ask for them to fill it up which the second employee said yeah I can fill it up. Then the first employee that took my order appeared on the window again and the second employee as well and I could tell they were talking among each other while holding the smoothie that I had returned and the second employee gave it to the first employee that attended me and I guess she wasn’t counting on me looking and all she did was shake the cup so I didn’t notice that there was still a big chunk missing. And then she proceeded to hand it to me which I ended up putting it in my cup holder and opening it in front of her to see how much they had filled it up and it wasn’t much from what it initially was already missing and I turned to look at the first employee which she had shaken the cup and she was avoiding eye contact, and I drove away because I really had a long day and I was counting on tropical because they make great smoothies but I don’t think that it’s fair to be cheating their customers on something they paid for just because they don’t want to fill it up. I don’t recommend this location at all.
Food is great as the other locations. This location charges for water is the only downside of this location.
I like the pesto flat bread but I wish it were cheaper
