Great service, but probably the dirtiest TSC locations I have ever been to.
Smells like straight marijuana as soon as you walk in. Came a few minutes before closing and they said that they closed 30 minutes prior to their posted online hours, but yet had the doors unlocked. This is not the 1st time this place has given me issues. Everytime I come here the two people that work there ( black lady and man ) don’t even acknowledge you & act like they hate their job. They need to find another place to work if they’re so miserable and not be in customer service. Focus on not smoking weed and work on your customer service.
The gentleman that took my order was very short with me and didn’t say anything to me. He looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. There are tons of flies flying around and they did not close the cover over the fruit and toppers for the smoothies. My food took a long time and there was no one in front of me. They didn’t ask for my name on my order and it was confusing for me to know which order was mine. There is associate electronics, outside food, and their book bag on the dining room counter where the customers eat and it is right next to the ordering counter.
Please put the morning lady out of her misery and fire her! She absolutely hates working here!
I've been here a few times, always early mornings, there is a woman and a younger man working, NEVER have they said hello, good morning, thank you. I just have to state my order myself then they hand it to me and walk away. This store is depressing, the people are miserable! Please clean house and start over!
I can’t judge the food because I never got anything. They let me come in and look at the menu for a couple minutes before telling me they weren’t serving people in person. Only Door Dash and online orders with a 30 minute wait. Needless to say I don’t recommend this location.
Absolutely awful experience. The guy working the counter sat at a table on his phone for 2-3 minutes before stepping back behind the counter to take my order. He was so inconvenienced by me being there and he managed to mess up our order. It’s three ingredients. I guess ownership is trying to tank their business.
I absolutely love tropical smoothie.
But I placed an online order at least two weeks ago, made a mistake and ordered at the wrong location which is not the company's fault.
I went to the one off board thinking the order could be transferred or dealt with at this location. Unfortunately because they're owned by different people they aren't able to redo the order...
I have yet to receive a refund or my order. I've called the regency square number with no response....
Not happy that I'm still calling as of today with no response ans I can't leave a voicemail at all..
