Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I arrived around at 5 PM to pickup my online order (2 wraps, 1 smoothie). The cashier (light skin tone, curly hair) rolled her eyes and walked away when I approached with a quick, polite smile. I stood at the counter 5-7 minutes, feeling super confused and upset. Finally, an employee making smoothies greeted me. When I politely asked her to repeat what she said, she loudly sighed and said ‘Oh my god!’ so much louder and clearer than what was needed to be said, leaving me feeling offended and unwelcome. To make matters worse, my order was incorrectly made.. both wraps were smaller than usual despite me ordering them both with extra romaine lettuce and spinach.

The food is excellent and the staff is great. I love the hip atmosphere.

Prices are a bit higher than other locations

Good smoothies. Smelled a little funny inside this location, but the staff was attentive.

Tropical smoothie Cafe is a wonderful restaurant they have awesome and friendly service they are always quick to lend a hand. They have excellent locations and all of their dishes are very good unhealthy as well. They have wonderful food dishes that are made with fruit and they have excellent meat dishes as well. The yogurts and smoothies are a must try. They always use the freshest fruit and their meat is fresh too. They always have young beautiful girls employed that are kind and nice to look at when they're smiling. One time there was a mix-up with the fruit that I ordered in my smoothie and they gave me no hassle about remaking it and giving me the correct smoothie unlike many other restaurants that have so you when there's some kind of a mistake with your meal. When it comes to the opinion of sight quote tropical smoothie is a A1 five-star restaurant. If I were you the next time I was driving by one I would try something from the restaurant. The prices may have a premium but the service rendered and product rendered is premium as well ❤️‍🩹.

Messy and slow. The chicken on my wrap is always cold. A couple stars though because the smoothies are still good, I just have to have them delivered or someone else pick them up so I can ignore mess.

Went in this location like I do almost everyday ordered a Bahama mama and they didn’t put any coconut no white chocolate and they added watermelon!! When I called up there to let the manager know instead of her saying bring it back we’ll fix it she starts asking me do I have proof there’s watermelon in the drink !! Very unprofessional if somebody new or they made a mistake its never the costumers fault FIRE HER
