Our place to go for pizza just can't beat 20inch

Great service, friendly staff and great food

It has to be 1, Im sorry. Came here last Sunday, table of 6. To start with, place looked ok, we were welcomed, our waitress was super nice and friendly. Menu is big for such a small place- lots of choices; a bit complicated to understand what is your "key" point to go for. We have ordered and our order came wrong- 2 pizzas were mixed up. Ok, mistakes happen. They have taken pizzas straight away and changed them with the new ones. One pizza was requested without mushrooms-came with mushrooms- was replaced- the new one came with traces of mushrooms hidden somewhere between pizza base and large amount of cheese. When I showed pizza to a manager (I believe she was one), she couldn't understand what was wrong. After explaining 3rd time that guest doesnt eat mushrooms, we got the pizza right. Its nice of you not charging us for a pizza (that we didnt eat), but this is at least you could do. Ingriedients that they use were not fresh, pizzas were 10 inches, not 12 as it says on the menu. Honestly, you can make better pizza at home. This place has hood hygiene rating 5... I am very surprised of this. You need another visit. Just massive thank you to a lady who served us. She is the only one who truly deserved 5 stars ( I didnt catch her name, BUT i believe she was from Slovakia?). The rest was probably the worst experience we had ever have.

First visit for Mothers Day, last visit ever. Very slow service, incorrect delivery, cold food, main courses forgotten, rude staff, tasteless fayre, no atmosphere, incorrect bill. Absolutely nothing to recommend.

Me and the family came here after seeing amazing reviews of the giant pizzas and we just had to try for ourselves, along with another carbonara for me to sample! We had the garlic dough balls for starters which you can’t go wrong with in my opinion. My carbonara was absolutely spot on, no complaints whatsoever, I cleaned the bowl as usual. My other half and little boy got a huge half and half pizza to share, margarita and pepperoni. It was delicious! I can see why the place is known for its fantastic pizza! It was so huge they boxed the rest up and we took it home It was a Sunday tea time when we came and the place was busy so I would advise booking in advance. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed, we would definitely come again. Overall, I highly recommend a visit here. Was disappointed with the meal… atmosphere was lively! But my pasta dish was lower than par… to say it was a basic dish. Won’t be back
