Taquerías Atotonilco

Tortilleria Atotonilco was founded in Chicago, IL by Oscar Muñoz more than 25 years ago. Don Oscar brought the traditional hometown methods of making nixtamalized, stone-ground corn tortillas to Chicago. Having grown up on a farm, Don Oscar purchased land in Illinois and began growing and harvesting his own corn. Tortilleria Atotonilco’s corn is carefully grown and selected to ensure the freshest products and only the highest quality ingredients are used.
