Worst experience ever. Worst worst worst.

Go there for the first time. Get a text, bay is ready. Happy about initial great communication. Enter the Bay Area. Three servers/staff standing next to the bay chatting- ask them that’s it’s our first time here -get a very lukewarm response and no help” Figure out and register, give the card to the server/ and then keep waiting for 25 mins and no one there to get the order for food. All this while, bay has been cold and realize that bay next to us has some heating. I go and ask them for help- get a rude response- “don’t you know how to turn it on”. I said no cause this is first time and have no idea- you would wonder- if they are taking reservations for 135$/2 hr- they can atleast have a some one take care of basic stuff when some one shows up to the bay. Definitely, this is the worst service experience I have had in the long long time and that too for a premium price . Reporting it did not help as the manager did not go and talk to the servers for assuring better help.

We went here for the first time ever with our family of 5. Overall experience was fun with one huge issue. The food was awful. We started out with a large order of fries (which the waitress said was good to share). They not only came out kind of cold but there were like ZERO fries in this so called bucket. We also got chips and guac all the chips were broken into 1,000 pieces. We had intentions of eating dinner there but after the 2 starters we decided not to. It seems like there is ZERO QC when it comes to the food here. I mean if you botch fries & chips with guac that's just not good. Its a shame looks liked a nice bar and restaurant would have like to stay.

I used to work at this establishment & the policies/regulations are so ridiculous I’ve never worked somewhere so toxic, Yes the money was ok, but I wish I quit sooner because I was putting up with the strangest things coming from management from adults who are probably twice my age… this job was ruining me mentally thinking I formed bonds with certain people when that wasn’t the case at all. Top golf displays itself to be a classy place online and in advertising but behind the scenes is far from it, this place is disgusting, it felt like a joke working here because that’s exactly what it is…a joke… Lots of favoritism amongst the mangers & you can tell on ur first day. You should treat ALL employers the exact same way. Too many of their management would pick & choose what was wrong and right. I wore a black t shirt once, keep in mind it covered me completely and was not see through, the usual attire for work was all black with the top golf top, tell me why I had a manger tell me if I didn’t change into the proper top golf attire I would be sent home? I asked if I could use a spare for the day or even something from a lost & found because I was only given 1 and it wasn’t cleaned yet, I was then told to pay for a complete new uniform & was recommended to use the employee discount and pick something up front, I live almost 40 minutes away so I was not going home and losing my hours over a silly shirt so I paid the $20 for it and even got what was left in stock. So an X large t shirt which fit me like a dress since I’m literally 5’3 & 115lbs….I looked ridiculous for the rest of the day, keep in mind this place likes to do spirit weeks & what not to try & make work fun so this specific day everyone had something pink on, some of them wearing personal stuff (none showing top golf) & I was still told to change meanwhile everyone else dressed up got a pass?? It almost felt wrong for me to even complain about it to someone for it being unfair because I felt I shouldn’t have a say in what was fair. anyways if u get Covid or get sick last minute & tell them they don’t care, you’ll lose your job! Granted I get it if it’s people are lying & over using the same excuse just to have a free day but I had proof each time I was sick and always made it clear about bringing in a doctors note and still lost my job lmfao. These people don’t care about you or your health unfortunately. They just care about how much $$ you can put in their pockets

Great food, (especially cheese fries), very kind employees, fun games. Had a great day there. Dietary restrictions: Friend had allergies. They had lots of options. Parking: Lots of spots, close to the place
