Have been eating at Tom’s since the 70’s Had an issue tonight, called in order and at pick up was told that they gave my order to someone else and they were going to bring it back so they did not start a replacement order. They seemed confused that I did not want a pizza that was being returned. They remade the order and apologized for the mix up but management should make it clear that orders that are returned should go in the trash and mixups should be started as soon as they are noticed. I will continue using Tom’s and offer this as a process improvement.

We get take out every week from Tom’s.

Great place for a slice. Very close to where I live and work so I love this place.
