I have tried to call the pharmacy twice to transfer my prescription to but the call was disconnected after a long wait, and the second call attempt I was on an extended wait of which I gave up..

Horrible management. Shaylene (spelling unsure?, white middle aged women) Treats guests like they are scum and very confrontational. I shopped here every week for my weekly groceries until now, I will never shop here again. Previous management was WONDERFUL, she is not a fit for management or needs EXTENSIVE training on customer service.

Was in a jam when Mansfield Florist & Gifts failed have my order ready of a corsage and bouquet for our son’s prom. Shelby in floral not only took the last minute order but they were so full and stunning PLUS ready 4 hours early. Best customer service and 100% satisfaction. So happy with what could have been awful because Tom Thumb was there.

Tom Thumb Mansfield 287/Walnut Creek I 've been going to this grocery for the last 20 years and I'll give 5 stars to the seafood department, meat department for their consistancy on quality and 5 stars to the bakery department. I rven had a goid experience at the pharmacy and customer service department. I used to tell my friends and family to get flowers at Tom Thumb 287 but not anymore. I've already had a complaint last year on a boutonniere made here and I see a 5 star review for that here but what happened to the overall quality of the roses? I got a bouquet of red roses for mothers day and 1 stem was missing a rose and another broke as I opened. The leaves kind of withered and another rose turned color and had thorns. This place used to have high quality flowers but what happened? I still love shopping here. 5 stars for all departments and 1 for floral department.
